Anderson, Ouellette

Karli Anderson of North Branch, Minn., and Dan Ouellette of Duluth plan to be married June 23 in St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Minneapolis.

Her parents are Randy and Sue Anderson of North Branch. His parents are Gerry and Annette Ouellette of Duluth.

The future bride, a 2004 graduate of North Branch Area High School, graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Minneapolis in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in geology and geophysics. She is pursuing a doctorate in earth system science at the University of California, Irvine.

The future groom, a 2004 graduate of Duluth East High School, graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Minneapolis in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in physics. He is pursuing a doctorate in physics at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
