Health Notes: Duluth church hosting health fair for adults 50 and older
Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd is hosting a health and wellness fair for adults 50 and older from 9 a.m. to noon March 30.
Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd is hosting a health and wellness fair for adults 50 and older from 9 a.m. to noon March 30.
Free screenings will be available, including glucose and cholesterol combined profile (fasting preferred), blood pressure, medication review and female heel bone density.
Screenings are provided by the church’s parish nurses and University of Minnesota School of Pharmacy students from the Duluth campus.
Exhibitors will offer information on health-related topics. Healthy snacks and coffee will be available free.
