I WAS BORN: Jan. 17, 2012, in Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.

MY PARENTS ARE: Jeffery and Tara Johnson of Duluth.

MY GRANDPARENTS ARE: Brenda and Ron Schlichting of Duluth; Jeff and Joann Johnson of Wrenshall; and the late Lee T. Hinnenkamp and Diane L. Trevena.

MY GREAT-GRANDPARENTS ARE: Barbara Hossalla of Duluth, and the late Raymond Hossalla, Dorothy and Leo Hinnenkamp, Evelyn Olson and Elaine and Leroy Johnson.

MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: We chose Cooper because Mommy and Daddy both like it (Dad likes Cooper Hockey equipment). They chose Lee as my middle name in honor of Grandpa Lee Hinnenkamp and Grandma Diane Lee Trevena.

PARENTS’ WISH OR ADVICE: Please know how much you are loved and how much Mommy and Daddy wanted you for a long time. We want you to be happy in life and know that Mom and Dad will support you and your dreams.

SOMETHING SPECIAL: You surprised Mom and Dad by making your grand entrance three weeks early! We fell in love with you the moment we laid eyes on you. First we had each other, then we had you, and now we have everything!
