Echo Bohlin and Lee Bos, both of Duluth, plan to be married Dec. 2 at Bentleyville in Duluth.

Her parents are Krystal and Mike Tarolli of Silver Bay and Randy Bohlin of Lake Nebagamon. His parents are Dawn and John Tuffield of Duluth and Arnold Bos of Cloquet.

The future bride is a 2003 graduate of Denfeld High School in Duluth. She is an assistant manager at Hot Topic in Duluth.

The future groom, a 2003 graduate of Denfeld High School, is pursuing mechanic/automotive certification at Lake Superior College in Duluth. He is a lubrication technician at Kia in Duluth.

Upstaging the waiter

Lee took me to Olive Garden for dinner one night. As the waiter was bringing our dinner, Lee got down on one knee and asked me to marry him (and I said 'Yes!'). The waiter then turned to us and said: "I don't know how to top that except do you want cheese?" -- on our dinner, of course. We laughed so hard.
