I WAS BORN: Nov. 14, 2011, in Essentia Health St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.

MY PARENTS ARE: Brian and Melissa Lehr of Duluth.

MY BROTHER IS: Conner, 2.

MY GRANDPARENTS ARE: Al and Jan Lian of Duluth and Ken and Sharon Lehr of Fridley, Minn.

MY GREAT-GRANDPARENTS ARE: Loretta Hill of Plymouth and Edward and Bonnie Hill of Lubbock, Texas.

MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: Daddy picked the name out and Mommy loved it! My middle name was suggested in the operating room, fit with the moment and sounded great with Grady!

PARENTS’ WISH OR ADVICE: Our wish for you is simple: Happiness. Sounds cliché but so true! As far as advice goes, Daddy says not to take life too seriously.

SOMETHING SPECIAL: Grady, so many people were awaiting your arrival including your Mommy, who was put on bed rest a couple weeks before you were born. Your delivery was nothing less than dramatic, ending in a Caesarean section at 3:45 a.m. Mommy was very sick from preeclampsia and had to stay in the hospital longer, allowing many friends and family to visit -- including your brother who loved to show you off!
