I WAS BORN: April 16, 2011, in my home in Duluth.

MY PARENTS ARE: Gordon and Caro Linn of Duluth.

MY SISTER IS: Piper, 2-1/2.

MY GRANDPARENTS ARE: Gene and Jane Shull of Duluth.

MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: It's interesting and will be easy for people to say and spell for years to come. When they initially encountered my first name, they didn't know how to say it. When they heard it spoken they loved it! In addition, they adore the traits of the character that is her namesake. The middle name is Gaelic for "April" and links her to paternal "linn"eage.

PARENTS’ WISH OR ADVICE: So spunky and happy -- we hope you laugh and smile as much your entire life as you have since you arrived. A delight to great-cousins to grandparents, to friends near and far!

SOMETHING SPECIAL: Despite several minor glitches and some denial, Hermione was punctual and in a whirlwind, arrived on her due date via an ideal home birth. Her big sister's welcome was full of wonder -- a combination of fascination and adoration. Wonderful!
