Maybe this doesn’t apply to a lot of Eh? column readers, but we thought you should know that an organization called Wisconsin Cheese Originals is offering a $2,500 scholarship to help one aspiring cheesemaker get a Wisconsin Cheesemaker License.
They warn that it’s a lengthy process involving coursework and apprenticeship. And you have to be a Wisconsin resident to apply for the scholarship.
Applications are due March 1. Download one at wisconsincheeseoriginals.com.
