Karlen, Geer

Amy Karlen of Minnetonka and Dan Geer of Minneapolis plan to be married April 28 in the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.

Her parents are Ron and Judy Karlen of Duluth. His parents are Diana Geer of Victoria, Minn., and Stephen and Joan Geer of Coon Rapids, Minn.

The future bride, a graduate of Denfeld High School in Duluth, graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul with a bachelor's degree in English. She is an account manager at David Martin Agency in Edina, Minn.

The future groom, a graduate of Roseville (Minn.) High School, graduated from Principia College in St. Louis, Mo., with a bachelor's degree in biology. He is a small group sales representative for Medica in Minnetonka.
