Niemi, Kresky

Nikki Niemi and Chad Kresky, both of Duluth, plan to be married Oct. 6 in Duluth Gospel Tabernacle.

Her parents are Rod and Beth Niemi of Duluth. His parents are Dave and Joyce Kresky of Duluth.

The future bride, a 2007 graduate of Duluth Central High School, graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth this year with a bachelor's degree in psychology and is pursuing a master's degree in guidance and counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She is a server at JJ Astor restaurant in Duluth.

The future groom, a 1997 graduate of Denfeld High School in Duluth, attended the College of St. Scholastica where he earned a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and a master's degree in cardiac rehabilitation. He is an electronic eligibility analyst at United HealthCare in Duluth.
