He was born Nov. 25, 1981, in Cloquet, to Timothy Allen and Carol Ann (Paulson) Bearheart. He attended Marshall School and Lake Superior College.
Tim most recently was employed doing research for the State of Minnesota. Previously, he worked for St. Louis County in the auditor’s office, and prior to that he worked on many projects for the City of Duluth under Mayor Herb Bergson’s administration.
He was an active volunteer for youth soccer, Second Harvest Food Bank and many other agencies. Tim had run as a candidate for the Duluth City Council. He was appointed to the Minnesota State Young Citizen Advisory Task Force by the Minnesota Secretary of State. He also had been a participant in the Duluth Police Explorers from 1996–2000.
Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents; and by his father, Tim, on December 10, 1995.
He is survived by his mother, Carol (John Daniluk) Bearheart of Duluth; brother Michael (Kathy) Allen of Superior; twin brother Thomas Bearheart of Apple Valley, Minn; best friend Seth Johnson of Duluth; and many friends.
FRIENDS MAY GATHER from 2:30 until the 3 p.m. memorial service Saturday, June 25, in the First United Methodist Church (Coppertop), 230 E. Skyline Parkway. Inurnment will be at Pine Hill Cemetery in Midway Township.
