Cosner, Sipper engagement

Kacy Cosner and Michael Sipper, both of Duluth, plan to be married Sept. 25 in Fredenberg Community Chapel in Duluth.

Kacy Cosner and Michael Sipper, both of Duluth, plan to be married Sept. 25 in Fredenberg Community Chapel in Duluth.

Her parents are Kevin and Joelle Cosner and Claudia Cosner, all of Duluth. His parents are Terry and Teresa Davis and Richard Johnson, all of Duluth.

The future bride, a 2003 graduate of Lake Superior High School in Duluth, graduated in 2007 from the Regency Beauty Institute with a diploma in cosmotology. She is employed by Duke's Towing as an administrative assistant.

The future groom, a 2001 graduate of Central High School, is the owner of Terry's Construction of Duluth.
