Sexual predator moves into 22nd Avenue West residence

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III predatory offender Michael Laquan Garmon.

Garmon is now living in the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth.

Garmon’s history includes sexual contact with female victims, ages 12 and adult. The contact included penetration and Garman has used force to gain compliance. Garmon was both known and unknown to his victims.

The physical description of Garmon is: African American, 6-foot-1, 207 pounds, brown eyes, black hair, large build and dark complexion.
