From Cirrus to city

Paul Johnson, Cirrus Aircraft's former executive director of information technology, has begun work as the city of Duluth's chief information officer. For Johnson, the new job marks his return to Duluth. As a result of downsizing at Cirrus, Johnson had lost his job and left town to go to work as director of information technology at Nicolet Technical College (yes, that's really the way they spell Nicollet in Rhinelander, Wis.) in the interim.

Duluth hired him away from the college. Johnson brings 14 years of experience to his new post at the city. We wish him well in his new role.
