The Chester Creek Concert Series at Chester Bowl, 1801 E. Skyline Parkway, continues at 7 p.m. with a free performance by the variety band the Pot Bellied Stallions. Check for weather-related cancellations by calling 730-4326 after 6 p.m.
A free family concert of classical music — a preview of UMD’s Three Bridges International Chamber Music Festival — will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Music Center.
A two-part workshop on the emerald ash borer will be held at Lake Superior College. From 9 a.m. to noon, community members can learn how to educate others about EAB. From 1 to 4 p.m., community leaders who are responsible for preparing their communities for EAB can learn preparedness tactics. Both sessions are free, but you must RSVP by calling (888) 545-6684.

Through June 13, the Duluth Playhouse will stage Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play “Our Town” at the Depot.
