Aker, Fechtelkotter Wedding

Beth Aker of Superior and Cody Fechtelkotter of Lake Nebagamon were married Aug. 15, 2009 in Faith United Methodist Church in Superior.

Her parents are Ray and Marsha Moe of Superior and the late Mark Aker. His parents are John and Sherry Fechtelkotter of Lake Nebagamon.

The bride chose her mother, Marsha Moe as honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Clarissa Wangerin, Amy Spiering, Dorie Aker, Jamie Cook, Carly Rubenzer, Jenni Gallagher and Holly Bounting.

The groom chose his friend, Ryan Scherz as best man. Groomsmen were Kiel Fechtelkotter, Greg Aker, Pat Cook, Luke Jipson, Cal Bartol and Derek Botten.

The bride is a special education teacher at Ballard West Elementary School in Slater, Iowa.

The groom is a school psychologist at Heartland AEA11 in Ames, Iowa.
