Reed, Wiklund Wedding

Kari Reed and Jared Wiklund both of Duluth were married Oct. 10, 2009 in Concordia Lutheran Church in Duluth.

Her parents are Jim and Lynn Reed of Duluth. His parents are Tim and Michelle Wiklund of Duluth.

The bride chose her sister, Nikki Reed as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were her sisters, Lisa Reed and Elizabeth Reed and her friend, Sarah Olson. Libby Reed was the flower girl.

The groom chose his brother Jordan Wiklund as best man. Groomsmen were his friends, Kris Paulseth, Derek Hoffman and Bryan Seih. Hunter Johnston was the ring bearer.

The bride, a 2004 graduate of Duluth East High School, graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minn., in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is a Registered Nurse at Fairview Southdale Hospital, Cardiac Unit in Edina.

The groom, a 2004 graduate of Duluth East High School, graduated from Luther College, Decorah, Iowa in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in health and exercise science and a minor in environmental studies. He is currently working on his Masters degree in sustainable natural resources. He is a Public Relations and Marketing Intern at Pheasants Forever, White Bear Lake, Minn.
