The Duluth Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating six predatory offenders who have not complied with registration requirements.

Police caution that if you see any of these men to not approach them but call 911.

James Evan Akin, 42

Description: 6-foot-1; 220 pounds; brown, gray hair; blue eyes.

Last known address: Area of 24th Avenue West and Fourth Street in 2008.

Due to being noncompliant with registration requirements, there is a felony no-bail warrant on Akin for violation of predatory offender registration provisions.

Donald Arthur Zawchenuk, 48

Description: 5-8; 200 pounds; blond hair; blue eyes.

Last known address: Area of Mesaba Avenue and First Street

Besides being noncompliant with registration requirements, there is a felony no-bail warrant on Zawchenuk for theft.

Frank Charles Morrisseau, 37

Description: 5-10; 185 pounds; black hair; brown eyes.

Last known address: Area of 15th Avenue East and Superior Street in 2008.

Due to being noncompliant with registration requirements, there is a felony no-bail warrant on Morrisseau for violation of predatory offender registration provisions.

Michael Laray Winding, 40

Description: 6 feet; 300 pounds; black hair; brown eyes.

Last known address: Area of First Avenue West and Second Street.

Besides being noncompliant with registration requirements, there is a felony no-bail warrant on Winding for a controlled substance crime in Anoka County.

Charles Edward Meads Jr., 37

Description: 6-1; 195 pounds; black hair; brown eyes.

Last known address: Area of Second Avenue East and First Street.

John Lee Merideth, 58

Description: 5-5; 150 pounds; bald or unknown hair; blue eyes.
