Timeline: Construction began Oct. 5 and completion is set for February or March.
Size: 4,700 square feet
Cost: $1.3 million for construction
Features: Unlike area Culver’s restaurants in Superior in Two Harbors, this restaurant is a new model including a patio. “It’s a more upscale restaurant with a lot of stone on the building,” said Dave Berg of Johnson Wilson. “It’s more of a high-grade fast-food place on a hill with a view.”
