While the Lussier family — Kelly, Angie, Lillianna and Andrew — plan to hunt for Easter eggs on their home stomping grounds this weekend, the folks at Lake Superior Zoo have planned an “EGG-stravaganza” for Saturday.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include an Easter egg hunt, fun games, face painting — and lots of activities for the zoo animals as well. The Easter Bunny will be there, too.
The event is accessible with regular zoo admission — $4 for children ages 3 to 12, $9 for ages 13 and older (including adults) and free for children younger than 3 — and free for zoo members.
