A&E FYI: Auditions for 'Brigadoon' being held Friday

Superior's Port Town Part-Time Players have scheduled open auditions for their spring production of Alan Jay Lerner's "Brigadoon."

The auditions will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 3, and from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 4 at United Presbyterian Church, 229 N. 28th St. in Superior.

Those auditioning for a lead vocal role will be expected to do both a vocal and line audition. Music and scripts will be provided, though actors may bring a musical selection of their choice to the auditions if they so desire.

The cast for "Brigadoon" will be restricted to actors ages 13 and older.

Show dates for "Brigadoon" are June 4-7.
