Now in its 15th season, Pat Stojevich’s Haunted Shack is a bona fide Morgan Park tradition.
And, as a testament to his knack for cooking up new nightmares from year to year, the scare junkies keep coming back. Stojevich called this year’s opening (this past weekend) “beautiful.”
“More than we expected,” the veteran Halloween fanatic said of attendance so far.
New this year to Haunted Shack are more pneumatic props and a maze designed by Stojevich's 13-year-old son, Logan.
“It’s bigger and better than any other year,” said the elder master of horror, who’s also helping out with the Lake Superior Zoo events Boo at the Zoo and Zoo Brew and Masquerade.
