New Arrivals Announcement Form

New Arrivals share information and photographs of Northland babies who are younger than 1 year old. The announcements are published in the Sunday "Scrapbook" section. The cost is $25. A completed form and photo must be received BEFORE the baby is 1 year old. The deadline for receiving announcements is noon Friday. Although we make every effort to publish your announcement 10 days later, we often receive more announcements than we can publish each Sunday.

New Arrivals can also announce a child's adoption. Deadline for submitting information and photo is within six months of the date of legal adoption.

Photos should be in color; however we do accept black and white but must be sharp and clear. "Soft-focus" shots simply look out of focus in the newspaper. If you'd like your photo returned, enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Other photos are held for 90 days and then discarded.

Street addresses will not be published.
