According to a St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office report, Tanya Prachar was driving a 2014 Ford Fusion when she struck a 2011 Ford Super Duty pickup that failed to stop for a stop sign while traveling east on Old Highway 61 at about 1:30 p.m.

Both vehicles were totaled; there were no passengers in either vehicle.

Prachar was transported to St. Luke's hospital, where she was listed in stable condition Tuesday afternoon, officials said. The driver of the pickup, Brett Hagen, 48, of Littlefork, was cited for failure to stop for a stop sign.

The sheriff’s office report said it appeared Hagen was unfamiliar with the area. The crash remains under investigation.
