Wisconsin Supreme Court upholds collective bargaining reforms
MILWAUKEE - Wisconsin's collective bargaining reforms, which prompted protests from organized labor, do not violate the free speech and equal protection rights of public sector union workers, the state's supreme court ruled on Thursday.
