Wednesday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Partly cloudy and windy
TODAY: The winds will pick up out of the northeast at 10-20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Highs will be in the mid 60s with partly cloudy skies as a ridge of a high-pressure system moves over the Northland.
