Tuesday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Morning fog, then mostly cloudy
TUESDAY: Expect patchy morning fog, then mostly cloudy to partly cloudy skies by afternoon. A ridge in the jet stream is approaching from the west. Highs should reach the mid-40s, with northwest winds at 4-8 mph. A low-pressure system at the crest of the ridge will drag a warm front through overnight.
WEDNESDAY: The ridge will push over the region as a warm front at Earth's surface pushes through. Morning lows will be around 30, and highs will be near 60. Expect breezy southwest winds and partly cloudy skies.
THURSDAY: A cold front will push through Wednesday night into Thursday morning giving us a 40 percent chance of rain showers.
