Sunday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Chance of showers

Bryce Henry is a meteorologist for the Northland's NewsCenter.

A low-pressure system and trough in the jet stream will dive south today, giving us a 60 percent chance of showers, mostly in the first half of the day. The sky will be mostly cloudy. On Monday, high pressure building from the Dakotas will clear us up, with clear skies continuing into Tuesday. We'll still see sunny skies waking up Wednesday, but have a 20 percent chance of storms later in the afternoon. On Thursday, the morning should be sunny again with a slight chance for late afternoon storms.
