Prep Report: Cloquet baseball rallies past Denfeld

Despite tallying just three hits, Cloquet’s baseball team managed to rally past Duluth Denfeld 6-5 in a Lake Superior Conference home game Tuesday night.

Ben Merrill’s game-winning single in the seventh inning made a winner of the Lumberjacks, who scored four runs in the sixth inning and two in the seventh. Hunter Roberts pitched a scoreless seventh in relief to earn the win.
