North Shore Beauty

We see masses of regal splendor, punctuated by posh pink stalks and an occasional virginal white spear.

Especially striking are those growing against the rugged and craggy rocks of the North Shore.

Lupine, lovely lupine.

For Every Action

A hand with stretched fingers

is a skipping stone inspiring ripples.

The universe receives a message

passed from one sender to another.

I step. You step.

We move the ocean of life.

This is how it starts;

one stone falls and everything moves to accommodate.

Small steps, little ripples

is how the world transforms.

Nicole Birch of Duluth
