Oliver D. Lindholm, 92, Of Proctor, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 20, 2014 in Bayshore Health Care Center, with his family at his side.

He was born Feb. 4, 1922 in Moose Lake, Minn to the late Joel and Beta (Swenson) Lindholm. He graduated from Moose Lake High School and was drafted into the United States Army in 1942 and served in the 71st infantry division until the end of the war. Oliver worked for Minnesota Light & Power until his retirement. Oliver loved to hunt and fish.

Oliver was preceded in death by his wife Katherine; a granddaughter, Darlene; and great-grandson, Levi; one brother Raymond Lindholm.

Oliver is survived by his daughter, Dawn (David) Wilson; son, Dale (Kathy) Lindholm; four grandchildren; Dustin Apps, Derek (Jessica) Wilson, Arnie (Kelly) Anderson, Vincent Anderson; six great-grandchildren, Tyler (Carly) Anderson, Jonathan Houle, Jossalin Anderson, Darlene Anderson, Shane King-Anderson, Arieanna Anderson; one great great-grandchild, Maddix Anderson.
