National Night Out events planned for Duluth and the Northland

The annual National Night Out will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014. It's the 31st year of the event held nationwide, aimed at preventing crime by connecting neighbors with one another. Here is a list of events planned for Tuesday evening in the Northland, as reported to the News Tribune by the city of Duluth and event organizers.
