Moore, Tate

Elizabeth Moore and Randall Tate, both of Seattle, plan to be married May 3 at Kitsap Memorial State Park in Poulsbo, Wash.

Her parents are Karen Moore of Cle Elum, Wash., and Michael Moore of Spokane, Wash. His parents are Gail Tate of Duluth and Michael Tate and Kathy Forslund of Eau Claire, Wis.

The future bride, a 1999 graduate of Mead High School in Spokane, graduated from San Francisco State Univer­sity in 2009 with a master's degree in marine biology and is pursuing a second master's degree in marine and environmental affairs at the Univer­sity of Washington. She is an expedition guide in Alaska during the summer and a kayak guide in Antarctica during the winter.

The future groom, a 1997 graduate of Duluth East High School, graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2001 with a bachelor's of science degree. He is an expedition leader in Alaska during the summer and a kayak guide in Antarctica during the winter.
