Jonathan D. Bednar, 20, 11410 County Road 41, Willow River, second count of driving while impaired, fined $2,000 and 365 days of local confinement, $1,000 and 362 days stayed on two years of probation with conditions including no alcohol use or mood-altering chemicals (including synthetics) and driver improvement clinic; first count of driving while impaired, dismissed.

Roger A. Davis, 53, 9866 Pone Lake Road N.W., Bemidji, Minnesota annual inspection decal violation, fined $100.

Daniel J. Hazelton, 28, 3783 Lismore Road, Duluth, driving after suspension, dismissed.

Christopher R. Lambert, 26, Eagan, Minn., receiving stolen property, fined $50 and 365 days of local confinement, 358 days stayed on two years of probation with conditions including no mood-altering chemicals (including synthetics).

James R. Neumann, 66, 817 N. 10th Ave. E., Duluth, first count of driving while impaired, fined $2,000 and one year of local confinement, time and $1,000 stayed on two years of probation with conditions including 30 days of local confinement, comply with Ignition interlock program, no alcohol use, driver improvement clinic and Victim Impact Panel; second count of driving while impaired, dismissed.

Aphtin R. Rapp, 24, Cannon Falls, Minn., driving 55 mph in a 30 mph zone, fined $225 total.

Matthew J. Schreckenberg, 28, Rosemount, Minn., disorderly conduct, imposition stayed on one year of probation with conditions including $50 fine, two days of local confinement, no alcohol or mood-altering chemicals (including synthetics) and Domestic Abuse Intervention Program.

Christopher E. Soward, 39, no address listed, third count of sale of a controlled substance, 21 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions including 40 hours of community work service; fourth count of sale of a controlled substance, fined $50 and 27 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with same conditions as third count - concurrent; first two counts of sale of a controlled substance, dismissed.

William M. Wieland, 36, 1512 Jefferson St, Duluth, criminal damage to property, fined $50, 30 days of local confinement and $252 restitution; misdemeanor theft, fined $50 and 30 days of local confinement - concurrent; possession of a controlled substance, fined $50 and 18 months in prison - concurrent; sale of a controlled substance, fined $50 and 24 months in prison - concurrent; domestic assault, driving after revocation and one count of misdemeanor theft, dismissed.

John G. Woodruff, 53, Duluth, negligent fires ($2,500 or more), adjudication stayed on six months of probation with conditions.
