Shawn O. Benson, 50, 4128 Decker Road, Duluth, domestic abuse - violation of an order for protection, 90 days of local confinement, 88 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions including no alcohol/controlled substance use and Domestic Abuse Intervention Program.

Travis D. Boltjes, 32, 1331 W. Third Ave., Duluth, possession of a controlled substance, fined $50 and one year and one day in prison, time stayed on two years of probation with conditions including eight days of local confinement, no alcohol/controlled substance use and 15 days Sentence to Serve Program.

Kevin L. Valley Brook Road, Superior, driving while under the influence of alcohol, fined $2,000 and 365 days of local confinement or NERCC, 362 days and $1,000 stayed on two years of probation with conditions including Driving with Care Program, no alcohol or mood-altering chemicals, 30 days of electronic monitoring and Victim Impact Panel; driving while impaired - chemical test refusal, dismissed.

Arthur W. Barksdale, 25, no address listed, possession of a controlled substance, fined $50 and 15 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions including no alcohol/controlled substance use (including synthetics); possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing, dismissed.

Barry J. Boshkaykin, 38, no address listed, disturbing the neighborhood, fined $100.

Kyle R. Inman, 20, 811 N. First Ave., Proctor, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $1,000 and 180 days of local confinement or NERCC, 177 days and $500 stayed on one year of probation with conditions including  no alcohol/controlled substance use and Victim Impact Panel; driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident - failure to notify owner of property damage, driving after suspension, driving wrong way on a one-way street and underage consumption, dismissed.

Evan J. Lowinski, 19, 3509 Lavaque Road, Hermantown, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession or sale of small amount of marijuana, fined $50 per each count.

Moody, 56, 606 E. 11th St., upper apt., interfering with an emergency call, fined $50 and 90 days of local confinement or NERCC, 85 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions including no alcohol/controlled substance use (including synthetics) and Domestic Abuse Intervention Program; domestic assault, dismissed.

Roberta L. Wilson, 50, 600 W. Superior St., Apt. 700, Duluth, disorderly conduct - offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $300 and 90 days of local confinement, 87 days and $250 stayed on one year of probation with conditions including no alcohol/controlled substance use (including synthetics).
