Robyn I. Cartwright, 30, Duluth, two counts of driving after revocation, fined $200 per each count.

Chad A. Falco, 33, Duluth, giving false name or date-of-birth, fined $50 and 13 days of local confinement; fugitive, extradition waived.

Cody D. Husemoller, 21, Duluth, controlled substance violation, fined $50 and 103 months in prison, time stayed on five years of probation with conditions including one year of local confinement or Northeast Regional Correction Center and no alcohol/controlled substance use; possession of a controlled substance, dismissed.

Macal, 22, Burnsville, Minn., burglary, fined $50 and 48 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions including no alcohol/controlled substance use (including synthetics) and 120 days of electronic monitoring; two counts of assault, 21 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions including 120 days of electronic monitoring - per each count concurrent.

Joseph A. Rogers, 34, Duluth, Duluth city code theft, fined $50 and $211 restitution.

Nicholas J. Selland, 18, Duluth, driving 56 mph in a 30 mph zone, fined $285 total.

Molly E. Smith, 24, Elk River, Minn., texting/use of electronic device while driving, fined $135 total.

Jonas J.T. Starkey, 20, no address listed, aiding and abetting aggravated robbery, fined $50, 57 months in prison and $2,143 restitution; aiding and abetting theft of a motor vehicle and aiding and abetting financial transaction card fraud, dismissed.

Michael W. Stone, 33, Ashland, driving without a valid license endorsement for vehicle driven, fined $100.

Decota I. Thompson, 21, Iron River, two counts of misdemeanor theft, fined $50 and 60 days of local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with conditions including no possession of alcohol or drugs (including synthetics) - per each count concurrent; one count of misdemeanor theft, 60 days of local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with same conditions as first two counts - concurrent.

Matthew P. Waddick, 18, Duluth, underage consumption, fined $100.

Andre D. Ward, 20, no address listed, simple robbery, fined $50 and 33 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions including 365 days of local confinement or Northeast Regional Correction Center, no alcohol or mood-altering chemicals (including synthetics).

Jacqueline N. Wells, 37, Duluth, driving after revocation, fined $200.

Nickolas U. Williams, 22, Duluth, disorderly conduct, fined $50 and 90 days of local confinement or Northeast Regional Correction Center, 76 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions including no alcohol/controlled substance use (including synthetics) and Domestic Abuse Intervention Program.

Gabriel M. Woodard, 37, Duluth, driving after suspension, fined $200.
