Anthony Baumgartner, 33, 2023 W. Second St., Apt. 702, Duluth, fugitive, dismissed.

Patrick P. Birdsong, 56, 125 N. First Ave. W., Duluth, domestic abuse – violation of order for protection within 10 years of a previous conviction, fined $50 and one year local confinement, 362 days stayed on one-year probation with conditions including no same or similar offense.

John H. Couture, 42, 611 E. Sixth St., Duluth, felony domestic assault, fined $50 and 18 months in prison, time stayed on three years probation with conditions including 100 days local confinement, no contact with victim(s) and Domestic Abuse Intervention Program; felony domestic assault by strangulation, malicious punishment of a child and second count felony domestic assault, dismissed.

Marcella E. Leske, 28, 2513 W. Second St. Apt. 1, Duluth, driving after revocation, $285 in fines and fees total.

Kevin E. Lott, 44, 3282 S. County Road A, Superior, driving while impaired, fined $1,000 and 60 days local confinement, time stayed on one-year probation with conditions including fine reduced by $500 when Victim Impact Panel completed; operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content and driving under the influence of alcohol, dismissed.

Benjamin A. Schoenfeld, 19, Bloomington, Minn., possession/procure/sell/barter/distribute prescription drugs, adjudication stayed on one-year probation with conditions including $50 fine.

All items are public records submitted by the courthouse in Duluth, though minor infractions for which the potential punishment does not exceed $100 or include of local confinement may be excluded.
