Judge says Line 3 should go forward along old route




Linda Hagadorn, 60, of Shakopee, formerly of Duluth, and Superior, Wis., passed away Sunday May 4, 2014 peacefully with family by her side.

Linda was born April 18, 1954 in Duluth. The daughter of Ernest and Esther (Bera) Janckila.

She graduated from Duluth Denfeld High School in 1972. Linda was married to Thomas Hagadorn in 1981. She worked her entire career for the City of Duluth Water and Gas Department where she retired in 2004.

Linda was a devoted mother, amazing grandmother and great friend to many. Her fun loving spirit will be deeply missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her brother James; her parents Ernest and Esther; her husband Thomas and grandson Nicholas.

Survivors include son James (Pamela) Hagadorn, Savage; daughter Jessica Hagadorn, Minneapolis; sister Gloria (Steve) Sorenson; grandson Alex; granddaughter Maggie; step-daughters April and Christina and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, as well as her dog Lucy.

VISITATION: 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. service on Tuesday May 13, in Elim Lutheran Church, 6101 Cody street in Duluth, with pastor Bill Fossum presiding. A reception and potluck will follow immediately in the church.
