Judge says Line 3 should go forward along old route

Friday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Partly cloudy

TODAY: The wind will increase out of the southwest to 10-20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Highs will get up to 78 with partly cloudy skies.

SATURDAY: A weak cold front associated with a low to our north will pass through the region. A round of storms is possible in early morning around the Iron Range and then will redevelop into the afternoon around the Twin Ports and points southeast. The chance of storms is about 40 percent, with highs in the mid-70s.

SUNDAY: The front will pass through, and a low will push into central Manitoba, giving us a 30 percent chance of scattered showers and storms. Highs will be in the middle to upper 70s.
