Do it: Watch the water fall
Duluth Minnesota 424 W. First St. 55802

With North Shore streams opening up now, it’s prime time for waterfall watching. In the next week or two, check out the Gooseberry River at Gooseberry Falls State Park, the Baptism River at Tettegouche State Park near Silver Bay and the High Falls on the Pigeon River at Grand Portage State Park near Grand Portage. Those are some of the most impressive on the North Shore. Others with nice drops are the Lester, the Beaver, the Cross, the Temperance, the Cascade, the Devil Track and the Kadunce. Right in Duluth, consider a walk on the trail along Tischer Creek.
