PARENTS: Ryan and Vanessa Jusczak of Healy, Alaska.

BROTHERS: Wyatt, 8, and Owen, 6.

GRANDPARENTS: Roger and Sue Jusczak of Moose Lake and Jim and Nan Blakeway of Healy.

GREAT-GRANDPARENTS: Joyce Blakeway of Sacramento and the late Don and Muriel Olson, Chester and Marion Jusczak, Carlton and Joan Spitzer, and Jim Blakeway.

WE CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: Aven is a kind of mountain flower, Mom enjoys mountain hiking. Sawyer means "wood cutter." Dad hopes she will be his wood cutting buddy.

SOMETHING SPECIAL: Aven arrived 13 days late. Within two weeks of her arrival, grandma Sue, auntie Shanette, auntie Gail and uncle Al all flew to Alaska to meet our precious new girl.
