The Twin Ports Martin Luther King Arts and Culture Festival’s march and rally is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to celebrate Dr. King’s life and to help build his legacy in the Twin Ports. The march will gather at Washington Community Center, 310 N. First Ave. W., Duluth, and proceed to the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center auditorium, 350 Harbor Drive, where the will begin at 11:45 a.m. The rally will be broadcasted on Wisconsin Public Radio 91.3 FM KUWS.
