The Luther College Symphony Orchestra will present a concert in Duluth as part of their Midwest tour. The concert is free and open to the public. The symphony includes more than 80 student musicians that represent a variety of academic majors. The program will include the epic, energetic Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 4; Wagners bold Overture to Die Meistersinger; and Elgars heart wrenching Cello Concerto (featuring Luther professor Eric Kutz as soloist).
