Come and warm up inside Hartley Nature Center to the sounds of Latin and Salsa music. Thirty minutes of easy to follow steps using fitness and Zumba routines that will increase your cardio, endurance and energy. The second thirty minutes of the class includes core exercises, toning of abs, back, hips and focuses on developing strength and building flexibility.Led by NETA certified instructor Diana Quinn-Jereczek.
