Dan Wendt and Susam Mulholland will be presenting 'Between A Rock And A Hardplace'; observations and research on their work at the Knife Lake Siltstone Quarries along the Ontario/Minnesota border. Knife Lake Siltstone was used extensively during the prehistory, especially the Plaeoindian periods over 8,000 years ago. Everyone is welcome. The presentation is sponsored by the Northern Lakes Archaeological Society and the Duluth Archaeology Center.
