Taste 6 wines paired with gourmet appetizers. This class will emphasize creating good food and wine pairings for your Thanksgiving meal. These wines will be mainly from the Alsace region of France. We will taste reds and whites, discovering new varieties, while learning the five essential components: Aroma, Acidity, Balance, Complexity and Finish. Space is limited to 18.
