Sugar, a substance that the average American consumes 2-3 pounds a week. It is hidden in your drinks, food, and everything you consume! It is SAD (Standard American Diet), but it doesnt have to be. This class will explore how to identify various forms of sugar on food labels and ways to decrease the amount of sugar in your diet. Sugar-free recipes will be provided.
