The Canoeing season may be over, but that doesnt mean you cant start preparing for the next one. Come and join us as well explore the different ways wooden paddles are made (including bent shaft), then work on making a laminated, straight shaft paddle. We supply the wood and you will glue up the blade, shaft, and grip on the first day. Second session we will shape and work on sanding each paddle. Youll have to do some work at home, including final sanding and varnishing.
