Danielle Oxendine Molliver stands near Lake Superior in Duluth recently. She resigned from the Minnesota Department of Commerce on July 24. She was brought in as a tribal liaison in the spring, in advance of the 22 public meetings on Enbridge's proposed Line 3. She thought it was laudable when she was hired but in short order, she became disillusioned.
